WHAT JTS CAN DO FOR CONSTRUCTION TEAMS

Security and connectivity that move with your project

We help contractors, developers and property owners plan coverage around site conditions, changing access points and the areas where loss or disruption would hurt most.

01 / PROTECTION

Overnight site recording

Capture activity around building shells, gates, material storage and equipment after crews leave. Review recorded footage when questions or incidents arise.

02 / VISIBILITY

Remote cameras and alerts

View authorized camera feeds remotely and consider motion-triggered notifications, low-light cameras and lighting where appropriate.

03 / OPERATIONS

Gate, perimeter and asset coverage

Focus cameras on deliveries, parking, equipment yards and access routes to document activity and support a layered theft-deterrence plan.

04 / CONNECTIVITY

Temporary and permanent networks

Support site offices, camera backhaul and communications during construction, then plan structured cabling and permanent systems for the completed facility.

Reported equipment-theft incidents during the 2024 Labor Day reporting window

Why after-hours protection matters

The National Equipment Register documented 217 equipment-theft incidents with approximately $5.8 million in reported losses over the 2024 Labor Day reporting period. Worksites were among the leading location types targeted, illustrating the exposure of unattended equipment and materials during closures.

Practical response: Combine nighttime recording and suitable lighting with secured gates, equipment controls and clearly planned camera coverage. Video provides visibility and a record of events, but cannot by itself guarantee theft prevention.
